Thomas DeVries joined Charter Capital as an intern in the fall of 2024 and transitioned to a full-time analyst role in early 2025. He supports the firm’s M&A advisory practice, with responsibilities spanning financial analysis, client engagement, presentation development, industry research, due diligence and financial modeling.

Thomas holds a B.A. from Hope College, where he double-majored in Accounting and Finance and played on the men’s soccer team.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Thomas at a soccer match — either on the field or watching intently from the sidelines. He’s an avid Premier League fan and enjoys collecting vinyl records, with a particular love for classic rock.
