Patrick Burns joined Charter Capital in the summer of 2024 as an intern and secured a full-time position following his internship. Beginning in the summer of 2025, he now supports the M&A practice as well as the private capital management side of the firm. His responsibilities include financial analysis, client engagement, material creation, industry research, due diligence and financial modeling.

Patrick graduated from the University of Dayton in the spring of 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in finance. His on-campus involvement and previous work experience with Charter and at OA Private Capital help Patrick bring a diverse range of knowledge to his work.

Outside of work, Patrick is an avid sports fan, cheering most for the Detroit Lions and Dayton Flyers basketball team, while also enjoying spending time with friends and family on the golf course or at Lake Michigan.
