Charter Capital Partners, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based investment bank, announced that West Michigan Tree Services, a company operating as part of Grand Arbor Group, has merged with SavATree, the industry leader in professional tree and shrub care. The transaction was led by Charter team members Mike Brown, Managing Director, Jenny Dakoske, Director, and Justin Pinto, Senior Associate, and Lance Burt, Analyst.West Michigan Tree Services specializes in care for residential and commercial clients, making this merger a strategic fit with SavATree’s growth strategy. Owners of West Michigan Tree Services Dan Klaver and Larry Pfeifer, along with their dedicated team, will remain on board with SavATree as part of their ongoing commitment to building and maintaining quality relationships.“In reviewing the companies SavATree has partnered with, we see the highest quality leaders in our industry.
