For the second year in a row, The Charter Group has been selected as one of three finalists for the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce EPIC Awards in the category of Small Business of the Year. The fifth annual awards program recognizes businesses that are EPIC – Entrepreneurial, Progressive, Innovative and Collaborative. Six categories of awards recognize businesses and individuals who support the community, demonstrate growth and innovation, and work with others as mentors and collaborators. According to John Kerschen, Managing Director, The Charter Group, “We are grateful to be nominated for a second year, and honored to be included in such a diverse, vibrant and impactful group of finalists representing the Grand Rapids business community.” The EPIC Awards will take place on Thursday, May 15, at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. more
