Both Mike and Mark have been invaluable to Charter’s success in recent years, and in their new roles they will continue to accelerate our company’s growth.Mike has been with Charter for five years. With more than 18 years of professional experience, including 15 in private equity, he focuses his efforts on the Charter Growth Capital Fund (CGCF), which provides growth and recapitalization capital to Great Lakes-based businesses. Mike oversees deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management for the Fund. As an investor, Mike prides himself on driving win-win situations for all parties in each investment from the network, knowledge, and experience he can provide. Mike is currently managing CGCF with John Kerschen and Hector Bultynck and also leads the firm’s advisory work with multiple family office investment entities.Mark has been a member of the Charter team for nearly four years, with more than 16 years of diversified financial and advisory experience across a variety of industries, including business and industrial services, manufacturing, and various technology sectors. Through his career in investment banking, corporate development, and corporate finance, he has developed a reputation as a trusted business advisor who prides himself on delivering results through a client-focused approach.
