Matt Miller joined Charter Capital as an Associate in 2025, bringing experience across transaction execution, financial analysis, and client support. Before joining Charter, Matt spent nearly three years at FINNEA Group, where he progressed from Analyst to Associate, advising privately held companies on a variety of M&A transactions. His background also includes investment banking internships with Calder Capital and Jefferies.

Matt earned his BBA in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Grand Valley State University’s Seidman College of Business. Born and raised in southeastern Michigan, he brings a strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and enthusiasm for helping businesses navigate transformative opportunities.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active through golf, snowboarding, running, tennis, and pickleball. He also loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends at the lake in Northern Michigan. A dedicated Detroit sports fan, Matt especially cheers on the Lions and Tigers.
