Maddie Finn joined the Charter team as Marketing Manager in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in storytelling, design and digital marketing. A writer at heart and a creative by trade, Maddie helps bring the Charter brand to life through thoughtful strategy, engaging content and creative visuals. Before joining Charter, she served as Director of Marketing & Events at the Grand Rapids Chamber, where she led a team that produced more than 150 events and programs each year. She’s passionate about translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that connect and inspire.

A proud West Michigan native and Hope College alum, Maddie thrives on creativity, collaboration and plenty of coffee. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband, their two young sons and their two giant, drooly Newfoundland dogs.
