Gavin Houtkooper joined Charter Capital as an Analyst in September 2025, where he supports the Investment Banking team. He holds a B.A. in Business from Kalamazoo College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors in Business, complemented by minors in Computer Science and Spanish. During his time at Kalamazoo, Gavin was also a member of the men's soccer team and studied abroad at Universidad Nebrija in Madrid, Spain.

Outside of work, Gavin is an avid soccer enthusiast and Manchester United supporter. He enjoys staying active through regular workouts and spending time with friends and family, particularly during summer lake activities.
