Trends Report: January 2015 - December 2015

For the 12-month period ending December 31, 2015, overall transaction multiples in the middle market remained comparable with the previous trailing period. Industries enjoying the highest multiples during 2015 included Manufacturing and Finance/Insurance/Real Estate. Download report

For the 12-month period ending September 30, 2015, overall transaction multiples in the middle market were slightly lower than the previous trailing period. Transactions with an enterprise value over $75 million bucked the trend, however, with increased multiples reported in manufacturing, wholesale/retail, finance, and services. Download report

 

Trends Report: July 2014 - June 2015

For the 12-month period ending June 30, 2015, transaction multiples in the middle market remain strong. The highest multiples were in finance/insurance/real estate. For companies with an enterprise value of more than $25 million, reported dealflow was strongest in manufacturing. Download report
