The long-time owner of a furniture dealer has sold the business to the former head of a metal parts maker. Interphase Interiors in Grand Rapids said yesterday that David Faasse, the former chairman, president and CEO of Best Metal Products in Grand Rapids, has acquired the firm from Randy DeBoer, who has owned Interphase since 2000. Charter Capital Partners served as a financial advisor to Interphase.
Interphase Interiors is West Michigan’s exclusive dealer of Haworth office furniture. Faasse plans to continue Interphase’s close relationship with Haworth. DeBoer will continue with Interphase Interiors as a senior advisor during the transitional period, as Faasse adjusts to the role of president. Read more at Grand Rapids Business Journal
