TIMING AND COSTS
In most cases, a sell-side process takes about 5-7 months from initiation to closing. Costs include a monthly retainer plus a success fee, which is typically a specified percent of the total transaction value. Any prior fees paid to Charter for succession planning will be credited against those costs.
LICENSURES REFLECT COMMITMENT
Working with a securities licensed advisor is imperative regardless of transaction type. Multiple Charter professionals have attained key Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities registrations, as well as the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. These credentials reflect the firm’s dedication to providing high quality and professional capital advisory services, and demonstrate our commitment to clients in terms of reporting responsibilities and regulatory compliance.
